HR & Organization Manager

Your responsibilities
  • Be our main contact for all matters in Human Resources and be responsible for our HRIS Personio.

  • Prepare HR-Contracts, Amendments and HR Reports in the context of payroll.

  • Set up people related policies and organize customized training for the team.

  • Be responsible for the entire recruiting process, from profiling, job postings, interviews, to the final team decision.

  • Ensure a great candidate experience. Support scaling the already excellent team at Helu to 3x-4x the size in the coming years.

  • Manage external headhunters or recruiters

  • Set up and coordinate the on-boarding and off-boarding process.

  • Coordinate visa processes for both current employees and new joiners arriving from abroad to Vienna.

  • Determine the company goals, priorities ans concerns

  • implement HR fundamentals

  • organize employee records

  • be ou Go-To person for HR and GDPR

  • organize  our Office Week and team events

Your skills
  • Native German and professional level of English

  • Strong communication skills

  • + 5 years of experience in HR (preferably in a startup) 

  • You are skilled in experimenting and testing different HR tools

  • Highly analytical, numbers driven and creative

  • Ability to work independently and pivot in case something doesn’t work

  • Hard working, structured and reliable 

  • Roll-up sleeves and get things done attitude

  • GDPR knowledge

Helu is striving to be a category leader for digital, collaborative financial statements. We closed a $10m A-round (raising $15m within a year), our headquarters are in Vienna. We are an experienced, very  international team, looking for fun, talented and well-rounded people  who want to build a fast growth company with us.

The company is founded by a successful serial-entrepreneur and backed by numerous unicorn founders and renowned investors (Bitpanda, Wefox, Atlantic Labs). 

Today we are a team of 25 international people eager to save managers, accountants and CFOs a lot of the time spent on analysis and reporting around this data.

Every few months, the Helu team meets for an office week in Vienna, where they can work, meet the colleagues, explore Vienna, sport activities, party and exchange ideas together.
