Your mission

Du unterstützt Kunden dabei, Excel-basierte Finanzprozesse durch moderne Controlling- und Planungslösungen in Helu zu ersetzen.

Your responsibilities

Unterstützung beim Onboarding und der Implementierung neuer Kunden
Durchführung von Implementierungs-Calls und Produktschulungen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Implementation-Team
Aufbau von Wissen rund um Controlling, Accounting und DATEV
Sammeln von Kundenfeedback und Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung unseres Produkts

Your skills

Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Wirtschaft, Finance oder Accounting
Interesse an Finanzen, Controlling und Softwarelösungen (SaaS / FinTech)
Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden
Motivation, schnell zu lernen und Verantwortung zu übernehmen
Kenntnisse in Buchhaltung oder DATEV sind ein Plus - aber kein Muss.

Attraktives Einstiegsgehalt: €31.000 – €35.000 brutto pro Jahr, abhängig von deiner Erfahrung.
