Your responsibilities
We are looking for a Junior Product Success, who is a graduate or already has some work experience and is eager to learn how our software works in its details. You can empathize with customers and help them to reach the next level of using our software. You should be willing to do research, learn how to interview customers, conduct usability tests, record product support videos, help customers with issues and build a bridge to them. You are a quick learner, smart and solution-oriented, are good at reading customers and have empathy. You take ownership over topics, show self-initiative, are analytical and can break down larger work topics into small packages.
Main responsibilities will be:
Own the onboarding of new customers
Iterate and improve our customer onboarding journey
Support head of product with research and interviews
Be part of our product support, by directly answering customers questions
Build and maintain a knowledge base in-app to enable to answer most requests in an automated way
Test the usability of new product features hands-on to improve user friendliness
Collect customers feedback directly in calls

The Helu Hiring Process
1. Chat with us
We look at your application and if it is a match, you will speak with our head of engineering.
2. Solve a challenge
Next, we will send a short challenge revolving around your everyday work. Once solved, you speak with the front-end lead and head of engineering.
3. Meet your team
In a last step you get to know the founder and product owner.
4. Come on board
If everyone thinks it's a fit, we make you an offer and you join our very nice and professional team.
